We drove around the usual spots looking for herring yesterday, but they simply refused to come to us. So we paddled Mike's drift boat out into the bay and found the school. Okee dokee. Here's the footage. Nothing earth shattering, just a fun day.
Mike D., is a great guide and will put you on the fish--any fish! Be they salmon, steelhead, rockfish, halibut or even the diminutive Clupea pallasi. He works at the best tackle shop in the Bay Area, The Outdoor Pro Shop in Oakland and can be reached there.

was out by coyote yesterday missed them by a day! Wonder where they off to now,
